Who we are
Nerezki Tracker provides analytics for creators who publish short-form video. It is operated through a Telegram bot and this website. Questions go to support@nerezkitracker.com.
What we collect
- Telegram account data — your numeric Telegram ID, username and display name, so the bot knows whose statistics to show.
- Connected TikTok profile — when you authorize TikTok we receive your TikTok user identifier, display name, username, avatar URL and public profile link.
- Connected YouTube channel — when you authorize with Google we receive your YouTube channel identifier, channel title, handle, avatar URL and public channel link, together with the identifier of your uploads playlist. We request the single read-only scope
youtube.readonlyand nothing else. - Public video metrics — for clips you have already published: identifier, title, share link, duration, publish time, and the view, like and comment counts. TikTok also reports shares; the YouTube Data API does not report shares at all, so that figure covers TikTok only.
- Access credentials — the access and refresh tokens issued by the platform, stored encrypted so metrics can be refreshed without asking you to sign in again.
We never receive your platform password. Sign-in happens on TikTok's own page or on Google's, never here. The service holds read-only permission: it cannot publish, edit or delete anything, and cannot read private messages, drafts or unpublished content.
YouTube API Services
This service uses YouTube API Services to read the public metrics of clips published from channels you connect. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw this service's access to your Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Doing so stops collection immediately; use /delete_me in the bot to remove what has already been collected.
Why we process this data
Solely to show you, and the team you work with, how your published clips perform: totals, per-clip metrics and growth over time. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
How long we keep it
Metrics are kept as a history of periodic snapshots — that history is what makes growth over a period possible.
Disconnecting an account stops collection but does not erase what was collected. The platform grant is revoked and the stored credential is deleted immediately, so no new data is read; the clips and history already gathered stay until you delete them. The bot says as much before you confirm.
YouTube data has a limit regardless. YouTube's API terms require stored API data to be kept current or removed, so once a channel has gone 30 days without being refreshed — disconnected, or its authorization expired and never renewed — its clips and their history are deleted automatically.
To remove everything at once, send /delete_me to the bot: every connected account, every clip and its whole measured history, every milestone we recorded and your own profile are deleted immediately, and the platform grants are revoked. Writing to the address above works too.
Who else sees it
Your connected accounts and their metrics are visible to you and to the administrators of the workspace you belong to — normally the person you already report your results to. The data is not shared with any other third party and is stored on servers we control.
Your choices
- Disconnect an account at any time from the bot — collection stops immediately.
- Revoke access yourself: in your TikTok settings, or for YouTube at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- Delete everything we hold about you yourself, at any time, with /delete_me in the bot — or by writing to the address above.
